Choose a fax number.
Browse available US and Canadian numbers. Sign up and choose Pro or Business, then confirm your number. We’ll check availability again before adding it.
Share it with your contacts.
Once your number is active, people can fax you from their usual machine or service. Incoming fax emails are on by default for your verified account email.
Open the PDF in your email.
When a fax arrives, its email includes the PDF and a link to DearFax. Open the attachment or save a copy wherever you keep your documents.

Incoming faxes also appear in your shared DearFax Inbox. Invite colleagues to open and download them with their own accounts. Each person controls their incoming fax emails in account settings.
