Questions about receiving faxes
Browse available fax numbers, then choose Pro or Business to add one to your workspace. Once it’s active, share it with the sender. Incoming faxes appear in your DearFax Inbox, where you can open and download them.
The Free plan includes 10 outgoing pages each month but does not include receiving. Pro and Business include one local fax number for sending and receiving.
Yes. Incoming fax emails are on by default for workspace members with a verified primary email address. Each email includes a PDF attachment and a link to the fax. You can turn these emails off in your account settings and still open faxes in your DearFax Inbox.
Yes. Workspace members share access to incoming and sent faxes. Pro includes up to 10 members, and Business includes up to 20. There are no per-seat charges.
Yes. On Pro and Business, sent and received pages use one monthly allowance. Incoming faxes keep arriving on active numbers if you use your allowance, but sending pauses until it renews or you choose a larger allowance.
Pro includes 1 year of document access; Business includes 2 years. After that, document content stays stored but is locked. Download documents while they’re accessible if you need your own copy.
