Access belongs to your workspace
We verify workspace membership before granting access to faxes. Each member has an account, with separate admin permissions.
Secure web connections
HTTPS protects web and provider API connections. This protection does not extend to telephone networks or recipients’ fax equipment.
Phone uploads with clear limits
Phone scanning links expire after ten minutes. Each link allows uploads to one draft without revealing its existing documents.
Payments handled by Stripe
Stripe collects payment details through its own components and manages your workspace’s subscription, invoices, and payment methods.
Analytics without fax contents
Analytics excludes fax contents, filenames, fax numbers, and email addresses. You can turn it off through .

Know how your
data is handled.
Your plan determines how long fax files can be accessed in the app. An expired access window does not automatically delete your files. You can request an export or deletion by contacting us.
