Yes. MCP access is included on every plan. Connect a compatible assistant, such as ChatGPT or Claude, to prepare faxes, confirm sending, and check delivery. Your workspace’s page allowance and document limits still apply. Receiving faxes and using webhooks for an agent inbox require Pro or Business and an active fax number.
All plans, including Free, send to 27 countries: United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom. Each page counts as one page, whichever supported country you send to. Receiving numbers are available in the US and Canada.
Yes, on Pro and Business. Enable Email to fax in workspace settings and select that workspace for your account. Email attachments from your primary DearFax account email to +[country code][fax number]@dearfax.com. Your email body becomes the cover page message. Add multiple recipients to send the same documents to each; each fax uses your page allowance.
Free includes 10 outgoing pages each month. On Pro and Business, sent and received pages share one allowance across your workspace. Cover pages count too. Members are included up to your plan’s limit, with no per-seat charge.
Your allowance renews monthly on your subscription’s service anniversary in UTC, even when you pay yearly. Unused pages do not roll over.
Incoming faxes keep arriving on your active numbers, and you can open and download them within your plan’s retention period. Sending pauses until your allowance resets or you choose a larger allowance. We never automatically upgrade your plan or charge for extra pages.
Access documents for 30 days on Free, 1 year on Pro, or 2 years on Business. This includes received faxes, sent faxes, and drafts. Older documents stay stored but are locked. Fax history and delivery receipts remain available. Upgrading reopens documents within the new plan’s retention period.
Pro and Business include one local fax number. Extra numbers are $3.60 each per month, or $36 each per year ($3/month billed yearly). Extra numbers follow your plan’s billing interval. Your number selection has a separate confirmation.
You can manage your subscription in workspace billing settings. Paid upgrades take effect after payment. Downgrades, billing interval changes and cancellation take effect at the end of your current paid term. Cancelling billing and releasing a fax number are separate steps.
Business includes Pro features, up to 20 team members, 2 years of document access, and higher page allowances. HIPAA compliance and Schedule send are planned, not currently available. Contact us for 50,000 or 100,000 pages per month.
