Questions about sending a fax
Yes. Free includes 10 pages each month to any of our 27 supported countries, including the US, Canada, the UK, France, Germany, Australia, and Japan. Each page counts as one page. See the pricing page for the full country list.
Yes, with Pro or Business. Enable Email to fax in workspace settings and choose the workspace for your account. Send attachments from your primary DearFax account email to +[country code][fax number]@dearfax.com, such as +16692001010@dearfax.com. The email body becomes your cover page message. Add more fax addresses to send to multiple recipients. The same file formats as the browser composer are supported.
You can add documents, enter a recipient and prepare a cover page before creating an account. Sign up or sign in when you’re ready to continue. You’ll review your fax before sending it.
Upload PDFs or images in JPG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF, GIF, BMP or WebP format. Some image formats are prepared for preview after signup.
You can send from your browser without a fax machine. The Free plan uses a shared sender number, so you don’t need to get a dedicated number to send.
Open Sent in your workspace to check its status. Delivered means the fax provider confirmed delivery; it doesn’t mean a person has read the document.
